Our company was started in march 2002 by two friends who had already been in the industry some 10 years and felt the time was right to “Go it Alone”
We had worked for two medium sized independent security companies and had always valued the close relationships built up between ourselves and our customers.
When the firms we worked for were bought by national companies, we wanted to offer that personal touch only really found in smaller companies.
We quickly acquired accreditation to the SSAIB and took the next step by offering fully monitored bespoke alarm systems to fit with our customers needs.

Intruder Alarms
Our team of staff are all professional, courteous, security screened, and our engineers are at your service giving you our 24hr, 365 day
engineering support & response. Assured Security Systems LTD is an SSAIB approved Intruder Alarm installation and Maintenance Company. All of our installations are certificated in accordance to the current standards to meet insurance approval.
CCTV
CCTV Systems serve many purposes for residential properties. When installed on a property and visible to passers-by, they act as a deterrent to criminal activity and increase personal safety; when hidden from sight, they provide 24 hour surveillance and in the unfortunate event of a break-in or theft, provide vital evidence of criminal activity or suspicious behaviour.
Access Control
Access control enables you to control who has access to your building. Locks and keys also allow you to secure your building, but when keys are lost or stolen, the inconvenience and expense of changing locks and re-issuing keys can be considerable. Keys may also be copied, creating even more security risks. All businesses, whether small, medium or large, have assets that need to be protected from theft. There is also the issue of protecting staff and their property. It is common in buildings that are secured by locks and keys for doors to be left unlocked all day. This opens up the possibility of opportunist theft and malicious damage.
Security Lighting Systems
When a more sophisticated automatic lighting system is required, install one of GJDs range of exterior lighting systems. These systems are easily programmed from controllers generally fitted indoors with sensor-heads separate from the lights themselves.
